Jeep Owner With 'Not All Who Wander Are Lost' Tire Cover Hasn't Left Home State in 30 Years

Joel Lafleur, a 48-year-old data analyst and father of three in Wallingford, Connecticut, owns a Jeep with a 'Not All Who Wander Are Lost' tire cover but has never left his home state in 30 years, citing 8 mpg and gas prices. Childhood friend Seth Borecki notes Lafleur spent close to $100,000 on the vehicle and aftermarket mods, then asked to borrow a truck for yard work rather than get the Jeep dirty. At press time, sources said Lafleur's reluctance to cross state lines may stem from the conditions of his probation.
