McKinsey & Company will test a 10-minute AI-simulated client conversation for some entry-level business-analyst applicants, The Wall Street Journal reported. The tool is built to cover about 80 percent of scenarios consultants face daily and is deliberately not designed to mimic an unhinged client. Humans, not the AI, score the candidates and watch how they handle the simulation, which is being piloted for undergrads in selected offices.
