The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board summoned a taxi operator after a video circulated showing one of its drivers tossing trash out of the window onto a road. The clip drew public anger and prompted the agency to call the operator in for questioning, with possible sanctions for the franchise. The driver could also face fines under anti-littering rules, while the operator is being held accountable for its driver's actions on the road.
