A study of 1,904 people across four countries found that 39 percent of GLP-1 drug users reported nail detachment, compared with 9 percent of non-users. The research, presented in Vienna, noted that half of the drug users experienced nail problems before treatment began, meaning the findings do not prove the medications caused the changes.
