Google launches Gemini 4 Carbon AI model with cybersecurity focus

Google unveiled Gemini 4 Carbon on Wednesday, its latest frontier AI model, two weeks after Gemini 4 Argon. The company says Carbon excels at vulnerability discovery, exploitation and patching, and generates secure code at over twice Argon's success rate on internal benchmarks. It is initially available to select cybersecurity defenders through the Fairwind Program, priced at $2 per million input tokens and $10 per million output tokens.
