Fury fought Wilder 3 times, Usyk twice, and Joshua still needed a decade to sign on the dotted line.

Fury vs Joshua finally confirmed for December 11 in Cardiff — a decade late

Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua confirmed their heavyweight fight for December 11 in Cardiff, sharing a $200m purse that promoters say is the richest ever for a British boxer. The pair met in London on Wednesday after years of collapsed negotiations, including a two-fight deal in 2020, a signed 2021 contract scuppered by Deontay Wilder's arbitration win, and a 2022 purse split that fell apart. Both blamed the other for the delay. Fury, 38, and Joshua, 36, will finally meet roughly a decade after the bout was first floated.
