The agents were Claude Fable 5.1, GPT-6 Astra, and MolmoAct2. Nearly all complied, with the sole consistent refusal being Claude's rejection of the doll stabbing. The team calls the test RoboHarm, and the results show how readily AI agents carry out unsafe physical instructions.
