Dana White doesn't need Pereira's signature. He has a pen and a broadcast.

Dana White Announces Pereira's Next Fight, Pereira Still Deciding If He Agreed

Dana White announced that Alex Pereira will fight in the co-main event of UFC 335, revealing the matchup before the Brazilian light heavyweight champion had publicly agreed to it. The announcement, made during a broadcast, handed Pereira his next assignment without confirmation from his camp. UFC 335 is expected to take place later this year, with the co-main slot now locked behind White's word alone. Pereira has not yet commented on the booking.
