Scientists Have Built a Robot Dog Powered by Human Brain Cells
Scientists at Cortical Labs in Australia built a robotic dog controlled by living human neurons grown on a chip. The biological system directs the robot to navigate a simple map toward a target using electrical signals. This demonstration highlights the potential of neuron-based computing for energy efficiency and adaptability in autonomous systems, extending previous virtual experiments to physical robotics.
