Dennis Haskins, the Chattanooga-born actor who played Principal Richard Belding on "Saved by the Bell," died at 75, his friend and caretaker said. He had Parkinson's disease. Haskins attended UTC and first played Mr. Belding in 1988 on "Good Morning, Miss Bliss." The show became "Saved by the Bell" in 1989.
