U.K. police confirm it received letter with claims against Meghan's father

U.K. police confirmed receiving a 2019 letter containing claims against Meghan Markle's father, Thomas Markle. The Metropolitan Police stated they passed the document to the Duke and Duchess's office but did not share details with other agencies. This confirmation follows reports that Markle is under investigation in the Philippines for alleged possession of child sexual abuse materials, prompting Meghan to say she was aware of the allegations since 2018.
