Korean flag fails to rise during anthem after football team beats Japan to win gold

South Korea beat Japan to win the men's football gold at the Asian Games, but the medal ceremony went sideways when the South Korean flag failed to rise during the national anthem. The team stood at attention while the anthem played and the flagpole stayed empty, and the malfunction was caught on camera and spread across social media within minutes. Officials have not explained what caused the flag to stall, and the win still stands.
