Tamil Nadu CM Vijay arrives in Andhra Pradesh

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay Chandrasekhar, better known as the actor Vijay, arrived in Andhra Pradesh on a visit that took him to the Sri Durga Malleswara Swamy temple at Indrakeeladri in Vijayawada. It is one of his first official inter-state trips since taking the oath as chief minister, and it comes as his new party, Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam, is still settling into government. The Telugu Desam-led Andhra Pradesh government received him, and officials in both states have framed the trip as the start of regular coordination on inter-state matters.
