India's opposition set to hold mega rally seeking election chief's resignation

The protest, organized by the Congress party at Ramlila Maidan, follows a voter-list revision that removed 130 million names from draft rolls. Opposition leaders allege the exercise disenfranchised eligible voters to benefit the ruling BJP, while the Election Commission denies the claims.
