Wayne Kristian Powell, 51, of Morley, Leeds, died after being ejected from a Vauxhall Corsa in a crash on the A64 near Crambeck, North Yorkshire, at about 3.30am on January 22, 2025. An inquest heard he was unrestrained, having oversteered on a bend. The IOPC found no evidence police contributed.
