Eagle River, Wisconsin, has opened the state's first certified Shinrin-yoku trail, the Tara Lila Forest Bathing Trail. The one-mile gravel path, certified by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs, offers guided and solo walks. It is one of roughly 50 certified trails worldwide.
