'ARC Raiders,' 'The Finals' Video Games Set TV Series and Film Adaptations

Nexon and Embark Studios have set up film and TV adaptations of ARC Raiders and The Finals with Chernin Entertainment, which won the rights after a competitive bidding process. ARC Raiders, a lethal-future-Earth shooter, has sold over 16 million copies since launching in October 2025 and won best multiplayer at the 2025 Game Awards and 2026 BAFTAs. The Finals, a free-to-play arena shooter, has registered more than 30 million players in three years. Chernin, whose recent credits include Backrooms and Chief of War, will lead production with Embark's creative teams.
